Don't be too hard on yourself, I know the feeling it's kind of odd but sometimes we just have to take a few steps back ans lool at what we've made and look at the things we liked, to try and pick out some elements
Trying new things also help a lot, it's kind of scary and sometimes I'm a little disappointed of the results but I've found a few tricks and things to make my enjoy my own art more!
