why does my stuff look so stale? i cant tell what's wrong with it, but i feel as if my art would look better if drawn by someone else. im so confused... maybe it's because there's no background? or shading?? i have no clue

Don't be too hard on yourself, I know the feeling it's kind of odd but sometimes we just have to take a few steps back ans lool at what we've made and look at the things we liked, to try and pick out some elements
Trying new things also help a lot, it's kind of scary and sometimes I'm a little disappointed of the results but I've found a few tricks and things to make my enjoy my own art more! I know I'm not really that good of an artist but believe in yourself, this is all for fun just try seeing it as a game ^^ Good luck man !!
